A minimum of 6 days is required for a reservation at Villa Mariolu Beach.
Sheets and towels are included in the price.
Unfortunately, the villa is not fenced, so for the safety of your pet, it may not be ideal.
There are 1 private parking space.
The beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
We have a staff that regularly checks the maintenance of the garden once a week.
We have a washing machine, dishwasher, outdoor shower and a barbecue…
The stay cannot be cancelled.
Except in certain specific cases:
– Cause of death ;
– Cause of force majeure (travel ban linked to Covid, depending on the conditions Government and border closure.)
In case of cancellation without valid reason, the deposit will not be returned.
Yes, the villa Mariolu Beach offers a beautiful sea view.
Payments
A deposit of 20% will be required to block the Villa Mariolu Beach.
2 months before the date of your vacation, the balance will be paid.
The payment of the 20% deposit can be made via Paypal.
The booking will be confirmed 48 hours after receipt of the deposit.
If no deposit is received, the booking will be cancelled immediately.
The balance is to be paid two months before the date of your arival. Either by Paypal or by bank transfer using the information sent during the booking confirmation.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Only the deposit is to be given to our STAFF in cash at your arrival. (Check-in)
This deposit will be returned to you upon your departure after inspection of the accommodation.
The deposit is to be paid at the time of your online reservation.
The booking will be confirmed 48 hours after receipt of the deposit.
