House Rules & Guidelines
General information
- Golden Rules During Your Stay:
A/ As you know, waste separation is very important in Italy. Unfortunately, there have been issues in the past with guests leaving behind their trash. It is absolutely necessary to dispose of waste daily. Marina (staff member) will show you the waste calendar, or you can use the “Junker” app (Android/Apple). Trash must be disposed of the evening before your departure — otherwise, a €50 fine will be charged.
B/ At the end of your stay, please empty the refrigerator and cupboards of all food and other items.
C/ Once you’ve chosen your room, please do not use any additional beds — otherwise, extra cleaning fees will apply. Thank you for your cooperation.
D/ The house must be returned in the condition in which you received it.
All items and decorations must be put back in their original place. Any damage or issues must be reported.
E/ Since last year, it has been mandatory at check-in to take a photo of each guest’s ID (required for the tourist tax).
F/ A deposit of €300 (Damage/Rubbish) is required at check-in, which will be refunded at check-out provided there are no damages or violations of the rules.
House rules / Arrival and departure times
The tenants are obliged to comply with the house rules. The house rules are available in the rented premises.
The arrival can generally take place from 16.00 o’clock.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest.
