Budoni, Tanaunella and Punta Sant’Anna beach

The villa is in Tanaunella, a hamlet of Budoni on Sardinia’s north-east coast. The sea is a 5-minute walk. Budoni centre, with shops and restaurants, is about 5 minutes by car.

Villa Mariolu Beach is in Budoni, in a quiet setting close to the sea. Spiaggia Punta Sant’Anna is a few minutes’ walk, near restaurant La Shardana and the pine-wood paths.

A 5-minute drive takes you to Budoni centre: shops, restaurants, gelaterias. From 8 pm, stroll Via Nazionale among stalls and local artisans.

The beach at your door

Spiaggia Punta Sant’Anna is the closest beach (about 250 m). Clear water, pine woods, and restaurant La Shardana next door. Capannizza, Porto Ainu and Budoni’s main beach are a few minutes away.

How to get here

  1. By air: Olbia Costa Smeralda airport (OLB), about 35–40 minutes by car.
  2. By car: useful for shopping and day trips. 1 private parking space at the villa. The beach is on foot.
  3. GPS: Via Patroclo, 07051 Budoni (Tanaunella), Sardinia.
  4. Arrival: meet at restaurant La Shardana (Tanaunella), near the car park, then visit the villa. Check-in from 4 pm.
