The beach is only 5 minutes away on foot, the sea follows your days, and walks through the pine woods invite you to take your time.
Coffee on the terrace facing the sea, a day at the beach, a sunset stroll… then rest, quiet and a little farniente.

Villa Mariolu Beach is in Budoni, in a quiet setting close to the sea. Spiaggia Punta Sant’Anna is a few minutes’ walk, near restaurant La Shardana and the pine-wood paths.
A 5-minute drive takes you to Budoni centre: shops, restaurants, gelaterias. From 8 pm, stroll Via Nazionale among stalls and local artisans.
If you want to explore further, the villa is a great base for north-east Sardinia: beaches, villages, nature, trips and the Costa Smeralda.

The stay cannot be cancelled except in case of death or force majeure (travel ban). Without a valid reason the deposit is not refunded.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately no, the villa is not fenced.
Are linen and towels included?
Yes, sheets and towels are included.

No, staff maintain the garden once a week.
